Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer free alterations, exchanges, returns and refunds.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a return / exchange / alteration of an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items with customization/s will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We provide one free alteration for all our customized merchandise. We will provide a door-to-door service. Our courier partner will pick it up and post the alteration it will be delivered to your doorstep free of charge.
Ready to wear merchandise or merchandise ordered without customizations will not qualify for alterations. They will be eligible for returns and exchanges only.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
Post inspection to our satisfaction we will notify you on the status of your return/ exchange.
If your exchange is approved, we will courier the desired item / size free of cost.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will reach out to you to provide the banking details so that refund can be initiated.
It is our continuous endeavor that you receive the refund within 7 working days from the date of approval of the return. In certain cases, such timelines can be breached depending on your card issuer's policies or banking and accounting complexities.
Shipping
We offer free shipping store wide across India.
In case of return/exchange/alterations our courier partner will pick up the merchandise from your door. Refunds will be made in full and there will be no deductions towards any shipping charges.
However, on second alterations onwards you will have to courier the merchandise on your own cost to our address (mentioned below) quoting the order number. Additional charges and fees will be applicable for the same.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services: Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non-Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy. Please read product description before ordering.
