How do I place my order
To place your order follow the below steps:
- Explore our wide range of categories to find items that capture your interest, and choose the relevant size referring to our size chart and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Feel free to add multiple products to your cart as well!
- In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue to browse more items or proceed to confirm the order.
- To proceed with the order, you can create an account or log into your existing account on the website itself. o to the main menu and choose "My Account"
- Once everything's good to go, proceed to Checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm the order.
Ho will I receive the order
- All orders will be shipped and delivered through leading logistics partners in fully sealed packages to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. We understand your excitement hence our endeavour is to deliver within 7 days from the date of the order.
- Please do not accept the package if it is tampered/broken.
How will I get the confirmation that my order has been successfully placed
- You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp and E-mail with details of your order and order number on a successful order placement.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS/ WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!

How should i check the status of my order
- You will receive a notification with a tracking link through SMS and Email.
- You may also track the order through the tracking page available in the "My Account' menu.
Cancellation & Related Queries
Ho do I cancel my order
- If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it.
- If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product or exchange it for something else.
- In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, kindly connect with us on the integrated real time chat or message us on WhatsApp +9196197 74123. Our customer care team will help you out with customised solutions wherever possible.
- All "Cancel Requested" orders refunds will be initiated within 2 days to the originating channel. The process may take upto 45 days depending upon the banking requirements and the mode of payment opted.
Payment Mode
Is it safe to shop online while using net banking, debit cards, credit cards etc
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
"Cash On Delivery" option not available
It means Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code, but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options.
Are there any hidden charges
There are absolutely no hidden charges or convenience fees or platform fees. All taxes, fees and delivery charges are borne by Dignity. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. Do you have COD option - Are there any additional charges
Yes, we do have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pincodes in India. There are no additional charges. If you make a prepaid order we oblige with an additional discounts while checking out.

We offer free shipping across India. We understand the excitement hence try to deliver your shipments as soon as possible. Our goods usually reach within 7 days from the date of the order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and availability of courier partners.

Dignity offers Free Shipping. There are no extra charges for shipping and delivery.
It is our endeavour to ship the orders within 3 to 4 working days and you can expect the delivery within 7 working days.
You will receive confirmation on your email as soon as your order is placed/dispatched. It takes 12 to 24hrs for the status of the shipment to update

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Our Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel more confident and love yourself in our merchandises and cherish them for a long time to come.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We offer free alterations, exchanges, returns and refunds.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a return / exchange / alteration of an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items with customisation/s will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We provide one free alteration for all our customised merchandise. We will provide a door to door service. Our courier partner will pick it up and post the alteration it will be delivered to your doorstep free of charge.
Ready to wear merchandise or merchandise ordered without customisations will not qualify for alterations. They will be eligible for returns and exchanges only.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
Post inspection to our satisfaction we will notify you on the status of your return / exchange
If your exchange is approved we will courier the desired item / size free of cost.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
For Cash on Delivery orders we will reach out to you to provide the banking details so that refund can be initiated.
It is our continuous endeavour that you receive the refund within 7 working days from the date of approval of the return. In certain cases such timelines can be breached depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
We offer free shipping store wide across India.
In case of return / exchange / alterations our courier partner will pick up the merchandise from your door. Refunds will be made in full and there will be no deductions towards any shipping charges.
However on second alterations onwards you will have to courier the merchandise on your own cost to our address (mentioned below) quoting the order number. Additional charges and fees will be applicable for the same.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services: Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy. Please read product description before ordering.
